Return & Exchange Policy

Order & Cancellation

Once an order is placed and payment is successful, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. However, you may request a product change within 24 hours of placing the order.


Returns & Refunds

We work with limited pieces, so we do not accept returns or issue refunds unless the product received is defective.

If you receive a defective item, please share clear photos via email within 24 hours of delivery. If the same product is in stock, we’ll arrange a pickup and send a replacement. If not, we’ll issue a refund.

Please note: our garments are made from pure handloom and hand block printed cotton. Minor weaving irregularities and slight colour bleeding in the first few washes are natural and not considered defects.


Exchanges

(Not applicable on custom orders, made-to-order sizes, sale items, or accessories.)

If you ordered based on our size chart and the fit isn’t right, you can request an exchange.

Email us within 48 hours of delivery at queries@adahbyleesha.com. Once approved, send the product back to our Mumbai office (address shared via email).

After we receive the item, we’ll issue a credit note for the product value (excluding shipping), valid for 3 months.
