Refund policy
Returns
We do not accept returns unless the product is damaged in any way. You can share the images with us on queries@adahbyleesha.com along with your order details within 48 hours of receiving the product and we will look into it and help you out within 24 hours. We will arrange for the pick up of the defective product and send out another piece to you (subject to availability) or issue a refund after receiving and checking the defect

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) :
• Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
• Any item that is returned more than 3 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We are flexible with exchanges only if there is a size issue, you can ask for a product exchange and pay/receive the balance amount from the products available at the time of exchange. This can only happen within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Shipping
To apply for a product exchange, write us an email and we will process an exchange. We unfortunately do not have a reverse pick up service and the customer has to take care and full responsibility of the parcel they are sending back to us. Once we receive the item, we inspect it and only then start working on the exchange product. It usually takes 5-7 working days to ship out the exchanged product but if it's a customised order, it takes around 10 working days (after receiving the original product) to ship out the new product.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Since you are shipping the garment yourself, an item over INR 1000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Incase the item is lost or damaged on it's way back, Adah isn't responsible for it under any conditions.
