We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds unless the item you received is defective or damaged upon arrival. 

Damaged or Defective Items:

If your order arrives damaged or you believe you've received a defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs and a description of the issue. We will assess the situation and assist you accordingly.
