Made to order:

We have started making dresses according to individual customer's measurements and requirements to make sure the dress is perfectly and specially made for you. For this dress: your bust, waist and hip size will be required. Please note, made to order garments take 7-10 days to ship from our end. You can also simply select a size from our size chart or add measurements during checkout (in additional notes).

Incase you miss adding your measurements or don't have them handy, you can mail us after placing your order.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

Q: What size do I choose if my measurements fall between two sizes?

A: For a fitted dress, choose the bigger size. For a flared dress, we suggest you opt for the smaller size. For products with "made to order" as a size option, you can just give us your measurements and we will make it exactly according to that.

Q: If my bust is 34 and waist is 30, what size do I go for?

A: Same as above: for a fitted dress, choose the bigger size. For a flared dress, opt for the smaller size. For products with "made to order" as a size option, you can just give us your measurements and we will make it exactly according to that.

Q: What shirt size should I choose if I want to buy a unisex shirt?

A: Please refer to our Unisex Shirt Size Guide for Women.

Q: What height are your garments made for?

A: Our clothes are designed considering that the average Indian woman's height is 5'2" to 5'5".

Q: Do you customise garments?

A: Yes, we do! Most of our garments are "made to order" now which means you can provide your measurements and we will make it according to that size.

Q: How long does it take to deliver the order?
A: Most of our products are shipped in 2-3 working days (Mon-Fri) but some products take longer as they're made to order. The exact time is mentioned on the product page, once it's shipped it takes another 2-5 days depending on the location of delivery. Most of the Maharashtra orders get delivered within 2 days. Incase you want faster delivery please confirm the possibility with us via mail or Instagram BEFORE placing the order.

Q: What's the material you use and how to get the fitting right?
A: All our garments are pure cotton because of which they don't stretch. Thus, fitting can be tricky and DIFFERENT for each style. A dress and a shirt will have completely different fitting, refer to the pictures and size chart for better understanding and of course, we're always available via DM and mail.

Q: Will my product shrink after washing?

A: All our garments are pre washed so they don't really shrink, but owing to the nature of cotton, they might shrink a little after the first few washes. But we have seam inside our garments to take care of it :)

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns

Once an order is placed on the website and the payment goes through, the order is registered and there can be no cancellations or refunds. Although, if you change your mind about the product and want something else, we can help you change the contents of your cart within 24 hours of receiving the order.

We are a small brand that works with very limited pieces and thus, do not accept returns and do not issue any refunds unless the product received has a defect. If there is a defect, please click images of the same on delivery and share it with us via email for us to take immediate action on the same. Every garment is carefully packed by the mumma at Adah and she takes quality checks and control very very seriously!

Incase of a defect, if we have the same product in stock, we arrange for the pick up of the defective product and delivery of a fresh product to you immediately. If we don't have the same product in stock, we issue a refund.

Please note we only work with pure handloom and hand block printed cotton, some weaving defects and irregularities are natural to these fabrics and it will not spoil the overall look and feel of the garment and thus will not be considered a defect. Also, colour bleeding in the first few washes is natural.

Exchanges

(Not applicable on custom orders, Made to order sizes, sale orders or accessories)

If you choose a product according to our size chart (even in made to order garments) and it doesn't fit you right, we will help you with an exchange.

Within 48 hours of delivery of the product, you need to file an exchange request via mail (queries@adahbyleesha.com) and the team will get back to you within 24-48 hours.

The exchange process:

You have to send the garment back to our office in Bombay (address will be provided to you over mail when you send an exchange request). As soon as we receive your product in our office, we issue you a credit note of the purchase amount (exclusive of shipping) that you can use to make another purchase from the website (within a period of 3 months)

Love everything about it!

Been eyeing this co-ord set for so long, and was heartbroken when it sold out. Nabbed it the moment Leesha brought it back and I'm so happy with the fit, the colors, the fabric and how versatile the outfit is. So excited to finally add this to my wardrobe!
